With its ability to analyze data, personalize support, and streamline administrative tasks, AI holds the potential to create a more nurturing and productive educational environment.

Yet the untapped potential of AI to support mental well-being remains a profound and underexplored facet of transformative technology. While AI has made significant strides in various domains, including healthcare and education, its capacity to address mental health challenges and enhance overall psychological well-being is still largely unrealized.

One of the key reasons behind this underutilization is the stigma that’s often associated with mental health. Many people hesitate to openly discuss their mental health or seek professional help because of societal stigma and fear of judgment.
