Learnship's courses and technology enable organizations to monitor learners' progress and effectively predict learner outcomes. The company also carries out regular reviews to precisely qualify and calculate its contribution to the client's business and optimize learning plans. Halo is Learnship's gateway for program owners too. From Halo, L&D professionals can single-handedly drive and monitor all their learners' journey worldwide. They can monitor their main KPIs (such as global learner distribution, learning hours, activities completed, and more), download detailed reports, and manage multilevel access for their teams. In one instance, Learnship partnered with Salesforce to prepare its future leaders in technology, marketing, and product teams. As part of the CommPetence global initiative, aimed to improve the communication skills of Salesforce's employees, Learnship provided access to their Learnship Solo language e-learning program, combined with individual coach-led virtual sessions. In addition, an internal survey revealed that each learner now saves about 3.8 hours per week due to improved communications skills. After evaluating learners' results and taking feedback from their line managers, Salesforce decided to extend the partnership to provide courses for senior-level managers.
